Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping services within Mexico and the United States, subject to carrier availability.

For United States orders, packages are shipped from California approximately once or twice per week through USPS or UPS.

Tracking information is generally provided within 24–36 hours after shipment processing. Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after the package is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping Information

KFer Valtierra Beauty Line is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. Additional reshipping charges may apply.

For missing, damaged, or incorrect products, customers are required under our store's claims procedure to provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video, beginning with the unopened, sealed package and showing the entire opening process.
